Trebor Developments and Hillwood have acquired eight acres of commercial development land from Ipswich Borough Council at Eastern Gateway. They have planning consent for a five-unit speculative industrial and logistics scheme, with buildings ranging in size from 1,198m² to 4,854m².

RED Construction Group has been appointed to deliver the £31M redevelopment of 55 Pall Mall in central London. The development will see the construction of a new building, behind a retained façade, comprising of basement, ground, and seven storeys, with terraces at fifth, sixth and seventh-floor levels.

UBS Asset Management and Reef Group are planning to develop land in Stevenage to create one of Europe’s largest clusters for life science companies, consisting of 130,000m₂ of laboratory and office facilities, providing space for up 5,000 new skilled jobs.

Willmott Dixon has been selected to complete the design proposals for a new secure children’s home to be built on the edge of Sleaford, Lincolnshire. Plans for the 28-bed secure facility, which will be located on the outskirts of the town, have been approved by members of Lincolnshire County Council’s planning and regulation committee.
