William Hare Group has reported a strong financial performance for year ending 31 December 2023. It has recorded a turnover for the year of £315.5M, an increase of £67.2M on the previous year and an EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortisation) of £9.8M – up from £3.4M in 2022.
Fabsec has extended its thanks to Tata Steel for all of its help and support, after the company decided to exit from the Fabsec shareholding. With its remaining shareholders, William Hare, Severfield and Sherwin Williams, Fabsec said it continues to be at the forefront of cellular beam design.
Championship football side Luton Town has submitted a detailed application for a new 25,000-capacity stadium in the town centre. Forming part of a large-scale, town centre regeneration scheme in Harlow, a new multi-million-pound sustainable transport hub and interchange is set to be built. Funded by the Government’s Towns Deal as part of Harlow’s £23.7M Towns Fund programme, the existing bus station will be transformed and replaced with a bright new facility.
Caddick has been appointed by Trebor Developments on behalf of The Prudential Assurance Company and M&G Real Estate to build Ark 42, a new 3,900m2 industrial and logistics development at Greater Manchester’s Trafford Park.
Willmott Dixon has been appointed by the Department for Education to deliver a new £48.8M net carbon zero in operation campus redevelopment for Wigan & Leigh College. The project will create a new three-storey 10,811m2 state-of-the-art block at the Parsons Walk Campus.
