SSDA Shortlist 2025
The shortlist for the 57th Structural Steel Design Awards (SSDA), jointly sponsored by the BCSA and Steel for Life, has been announced.
As usual, the Awards have seen a strong number of submissions, with the 21 shortlisted projects showcasing steel’s sustainability credentials, flexibility and versatility in a number of different and varying applications.
The shortlist reflects steel’s appeal, with projects ranging from commercial schemes and residential blocks, to sports facilities, bridges, and industrial buildings. Entries have also been received for a sculpture and a school.
The winners will be announced at an evening reception in London on 23 October.
