Work starts on major Luton logistics scheme

Contractor Glencar has started work at Hillwood Park Luton, a major new 26,437m² speculative multi-unit industrial and logistics development within the established Sundon Park Industrial Estate.

The project is said to have been designed to meet the rising demand for modern manufacturing, distribution and e-commerce occupiers and will deliver much-needed logistics space close to the M1 motorway near Luton.

Once complete, Hillwood Park Luton will feature eight high-specification, Grade A warehouse units ranging in size from 1,323m² to 7,429m².
