New rail hub for central Leeds 

Located in the heart of Leeds city centre, Princes Exchange is to be redeveloped into a new Grade A workspace and a dedicated hub for railway workers. 

The scheme is being undertaken by Willmott Dixon having been procured through the SCAPE Construction framework and delivered in partnership with rail regeneration experts Platform4. 

The £40 million project will see the building’s entire glazed façade replaced and new flexible mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems installed. 

Designed to BREEAM ‘Excellent’ standards, Princes Exchange will also be Fitwel certified, showcasing a commitment to improving the lives of the building’s occupants and local communities. It will also achieve WiredScore certification, which recognises the best-in-class, digitally connected buildings.
