Eye-catching commercial scheme set for Wolverhampton

Graham Construction has been appointed as the contractor for a new modern office development known as i9, which is set in the heart of Wolverhampton.

i9 will provide 4,600m² of Grade A office space when completed in 2020.

i9 is the next step in building a thriving commercial quarter at the heart of Wolverhampton Interchange – bringing further investment and jobs to the city.

Glenn Howells Architects’ design for i9 was the winner from a strong field of ten UK leading architects and urban design practices in a national design competition.

John Maguire, Regional Business Development Director for Graham’s Birmingham office, said: “Wolverhampton is undergoing a period of regeneration that is set to transform the city and attract further investment and jobs to the area.
