Work set to start on £70 million Holborn Circus office scheme 

Evans Randall Investors has appointed McLaughlin & Harvey to deliver its £70 million office development at Holborn Circus in central London. 

Replacing the existing Thavies Inn House, the new 10-storey building, designed by architect Wilkinson Eyre, will sit between New Fetter Lane and St Andrew Street. 

The project will double the floorspace of the existing building, providing a total of 8,361m² of prime office space, with 185m² of retail space on the ground floor.

Erith Contractors has already begun the project’s demolition phase, with the McLaughlin & Harvey’s construction works starting on site later this year.

The project is aiming to achieve a BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ rating.
