Winvic signs up for phase two at Liverpool’s Atlantic Park

Having completed the initial four warehouses at Atlantic Park in Bootle, Winvic Construction has been appointed by Royal London Asset Management (RLAM) to construct phase two.

Atlantic Park is a 52-acre site, formerly home to a Rolls-Royce Engineering works, which sits within the Port of Liverpool Freeport zone and will have approximately 243,840m² of industrial space when complete.

Phase two consists of three more warehouses ranging in size from 16,383m² up to 65,836m², with each unit including two-storey offices, service yards and car parking with EV charging bays.

Winvic is delivering the latest phase as net zero carbon in construction, employing its Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) process, which is aligned with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Whole Life Carbon Assessment, the UK Green Building Council (UKGBC), and the zero carbon network London Energy Transformation Initiative (LETI), as well as being independently third-party verified.

Atlantic Park phase two is due to be complete by Summer 2026.
