Warehousing boost for central Kent

Glencar has been appointed by property development company Wrenbridge, and investor Bridges Fund Management, to build an industrial warehouse development totalling 28,135m² at Aylesford, near Maidstone in Kent.

Located close to the M20 motorway and named Click Aylesford, the scheme will consist of six sustainable industrial warehouse buildings, completed in shell form with finished open-plan offices at first floor.
