Speed and ease of construction were key factors in choosing a steel-framed solution for the Trade City & Logistics City project in Bognor Regis. Six buildings will accommodate 11 flexible warehouse units ranging in size from 1,063m2 up to 16,141m2.
Helping to preserve Westminster’s historic streetscape, The Smith, 7 Millbank commercial development will incorporate the reinstated Portland stone façade from the site’s previous building.
Steel is the only practicable method of delivery for two bridges that will provide pedestrian and vehicular access in and out of the York Central mixed-use development.
NSC also features a Steel for Life Gold Sponsor article, industry news, and a technical paper and an advisory desk note from the Steel Construction Institute.
