Cambridge life sciences scheme gets approval

Developer Mission Street has received planning approval for a 6,000m² life sciences space in the Cambridge Southern Cluster.

Main contractor 8Build has been appointed to oversee the construction of the project, which is expected to start in the coming months.

This will follow phase one of the scheme, which is already under construction and will provide two fitted laboratory and office suites.

Mission Street Founder and Chief Executive Artem Korolev, said: “We are proud to be delivering a scheme that genuinely provides benefits at a local level.
