Logistics expansion at Trafford Park

Main contractor Caddick has been appointed by Trebor Developments on behalf of The Prudential Assurance Company and M&G Real Estate to build Ark 42, a new 3,900m² industrial and logistics development at Greater Manchester’s Trafford Park.

The project will see Caddick deliver a speculative BREEAM ‘Excellent’ warehouse that will include two storeys of Cat A office space.
