Green light for Bristol industrial scheme

McLaren Construction Midlands and North has been appointed by Equation Properties to build Plot 4 of the Matrix 49 industrial park in Avonmouth, near Bristol.

Set to complete in April 2026, the project will deliver a 181,500m² speculative warehouse that will include office space, transport hubs and a gatehouse.

Aiming to achieve a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating, the project also consists of external works, underground drainage, utility connections and landscaping.
