Contractor named for Worcestershire school rebuild scheme
Tilbury Douglas has been appointed to lead the construction of the new Pershore High School in Worcestershire on behalf of the Department for Education.
As well as building new and improved school facilities, the project includes the partial demolition of existing buildings and refurbishment works.
Designed to achieve net zero carbon in operation, the scheme will allow the school to cater for increased pupil numbers. The new buildings will feature Information and Communication Technology (ICT) suites, science studios, a staff room, a dining area, 3D art room, an activity studio, a drama studio and changing facilities.
