It is strategically located close to the A20 and M20, with good connections to London and the Channel ports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The development will target <a href=\"https:\/\/steelconstruction.info\/sectors\/single-storey-industrial-buildings\/#sustainability\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BREEAM<\/a> \u2018Excellent\u2019 and EPC A+ ratings, with buildings designed to support modern logistics, manufacturing and distribution operations.
