Construction work is underway on the \u00a328 million first phase of the Prince\u2019s Gate scheme in Oldham town centre.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Phase 1 (Block C) of Prince\u2019s Gate will see Oldham-based Willmott Dixon create 75 affordable homes set over six levels. Located on the former Prince Street Car Park, adjacent to the Mumps Metrolink stop, the scheme will transform a prominent brownfield site. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The homes are being designed to meet the Future Homes Standard, with the partnership targeting energy performance around 70\u201375% better than current building regulations. This ambition reflects a shared commitment to delivering sustainable, high-quality homes that are fit for the future. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
