Located on the former Prince Street Car Park, adjacent to the Mumps Metrolink stop, the scheme will transform a prominent brownfield site.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The homes are being designed to meet the Future Homes Standard, with the partnership targeting energy performance around 70\u201375% better than current building regulations.
