At a time when opportunities for many people in Britain are limited, it\u2019s also about ensuring we can create skilled jobs and deliver wider social value.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The proposals for the 135-hectare site have been carefully developed to help future occupiers on the site transition from fossil fuels to electric operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/steelconstruction.info\/Sustainability#Sustainable_construction_.E2.80.93_legislation_and_drivers\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sustainability<\/a> is key to the development, which will aim for the highest environmental credentials.
