Unit 1 will have a clear height to the underside of haunch of 12m, while units 2 and 3 will be 15m from the finished floor level and will include integral two-storey offices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The units will feature roof lights for natural illumination, and a solar photovoltaic (PV) array to align with <a href=\"https:\/\/steelconstruction.info\/Single_storey_industrial_buildings#BREEAM_for_industrial_buildings\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">BREEAM<\/a> \u2018Outstanding\u2019 sustainability standards.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>GMI Construction has been awarded the contract to deliver high-specification warehouse units totalling over 16,258m2 at Precedent Drive, Milton Keynes.
