Glencar<\/strong> will build Big Yellow Self Storage\u2019s new six-storey facility at Staples Corner in north west London. The contractor\u2019s appointment includes the design, construction, and turnkey fit-out of the flagship store. It will include self-storage accommodation together with flexibly designed office<\/a> spaces, catering for increasing demand from both domestic and business users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Developer Henry Boot Development<\/strong> has formed a joint venture with Feldberg Capital that aims to build \u00a31bn of high-quality logistics schemes across the UK over the next seven years. To be known as Origin, the JV has three initial schemes in its pipeline \u2013 Walsall, Markham Vale and Welwyn Garden City – that will deliver around 41,806m2<\/sup> of prime industrial <\/a>and logistics space, targeting BREEAM<\/a> \u2018Excellent\u2019 and EPC A ratings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Widnes Galvanising<\/strong>, trading as Joseph Ash Widnes, has achieved the ISO 9001 accreditation for Quality Management Systems. The company joined the Joseph Ash Group of companies in October 2022.
