They will feature terraces, outdoor amenity areas and easy walking and cycling access for local communities. The units will all include a rooftop solar panels, target EPC A+ and <a href=\"https:\/\/steelconstruction.info\/Single_storey_industrial_buildings#BREEAM_for_industrial_buildings\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">BREEAM<\/a> \u2018Outstanding\u2019 ratings, and will align with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.steelconstruction.info\/Operational_carbon#UKGBC_Net_zero_carbon_buildings_framework\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">UKGBC<\/a> zero carbon in construction framework.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stuart Deverill, Managing Director of VolkerFitzpatrick\u2019s Building Division, said: \u201cI am delighted that we have been chosen to deliver this significant expansion.
