Working on behalf of main contractor GMI, Billington Structures is fabricating<\/a>, supplying and erecting<\/a> the steel frame for 3 Circle Square in Manchester city centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The latest building in a much wider scheme, 3 Circle Square will have 15-storeys and feature cutting-edge workspace<\/a> designed to facilitate collaboration and innovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The completed building will pay tribute to Manchester\u2019s Victorian and Edwardian architecture. Featuring a high-quality red brick design by Bridge Architects, the new development will include ground floor retail and leisure space<\/a>, as well as a communal lounge, event space and a roof terrace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sustainability and green space have also been carefully considered in the design of 3 Circle Square, with the development expected to achieve net zero embodied carbon<\/a> during construction and BREEAM \u2018Excellent\u2019<\/a> rating, a NABERS 5 Star rating and an EPC A rating once operational.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The building will benefit from an all-electric heating and cooling system with state-of-the-art air source heat pumps, as well as smart metering and roof mounted solar panels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3 Circle Square will open onto Symphony Gardens, a new landscaped space designed to complement Symphony Park, which promotes biodiversity across the wider Circle Square development.
