It has been estimated the scheme could generate over 800 new jobs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bridges Fund Management Partner Guy Bowden, said: \u201cThe City Fields development will allow us to revitalise a previously redundant site and create new jobs for the surrounding area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAiming to incorporate important <a href=\"https:\/\/www.steelconstruction.info\/Retail_buildings#Sustainability\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.steelconstruction.info\/Retail_buildings#Sustainability\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sustainable<\/a> features into the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.steelconstruction.info\/Design\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.steelconstruction.info\/Design\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">design<\/a>, this development will both benefit occupiers and provide the wider Wakefield community with a high-quality commercial and industrial hub, helping to catalyse local economic growth.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ryan Unsworth, Development Director of Opus North, added: \u201cThe acquisition of this strategic site continues our strategy of sustained growth in the northern commercial sector.
