The latest units are set to provide a significant boost to the local economy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The six high-quality, new industrial units range in size from 2,322m<sup>2<\/sup> to 6,500m<sup>2<\/sup> with haunch heights of 8m up to 12m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Caddick Developments\u2019 Director Jim Dyson, says: \u201cWhen it comes to urban logistics, connectivity is key, and Leeds Valley Park benefits from unrivalled motorway connections and is Leeds\u2019 premier industrial and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.steelconstruction.info\/Retail_buildings#Distribution_centres\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">distribution<\/a> location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cOur work with Caddick Construction to bring forward this scheme is a great example of how the Caddick Group has the agility to collaborate across disciplines and create exemplar, market-leading developments that meet the needs of different locations and occupiers.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each of the new <a href=\"https:\/\/www.steelconstruction.info\/Single_storey_industrial_buildings\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">industrial units<\/a>, which will benefit from either one-storey or two-storey internal offices, have been designed to achieve a &#8216;Very Good&#8217; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.steelconstruction.info\/BREEAM\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">BREEAM<\/a> rating and an EPC A rating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The final phase of work at Leeds Valley Park is scheduled to be completed in November.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Just over 1,200t of structural steelwork has been erected by Border Steelwork Structures for six steel-framed industrial units forming the final phase of construction at Leeds Valley Park.
