The second phase will see a new office space added to the site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project will ultimately create a three-storey L-shaped building, with both the accommodation and office zones brought together in two distinct wings. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.steelconstruction.info\/Multi-storey_office_buildings\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">office space<\/a> is intended for commercial and public use, with flexible works areas and a cafeteria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Galliford Try Building North East and Yorkshire Managing Director Cliff Wheatley, said: \u201cWe are excited to work on this exciting project to provide new <a href=\"\/\/www.steelconstruction.info\/Residential_and_mixed-use_buildings\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">residential<\/a> and commercial space to the local community and NHS workers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe look forward to working with North Lincolnshire Council and producing high-quality facilities that will regenerate the site.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Galliford Try\u2019s Building North East and Yorkshire business has been awarded the \u00a313.9M contract by North Lincolnshire Council to redevelop the former Scunthorpe market site.
