There are also a small number of sustainably-designed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.steelconstruction.info\/Residential_and_mixed-use_buildings\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">holiday lodges<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seahive also aims to create a separate area of over 28 acres dedicated to an ecologically-led regime of enhancements and management, including an ecology warden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seahive Founder Jim Storey said: \u201cMy vision has always been far greater than just creating an inland surf lagoon.
