This development is anticipated to bring 1,400 jobs to the local area if approved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Client, Yondr Group, purchased the 143-acre site last year to bring forward the significant film and television studio campus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to architect Scott Brownrigg, the Bedfordshire facility will set a new benchmark for studios in the UK. It will be the first facility designed by producers for producers. The state-of-the-art film and television campus is designed to be efficient and promote wellbeing for the cast and crew. With flexible studio and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.steelconstruction.info\/Single_storey_industrial_buildings\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">production facilities<\/a> together with onsite accommodation, amenities and a re-wilded water body and canal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A transport hub will connect the site to the local bus network with an arrival point for cyclists, pedestrians and coaches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Scott Brownrigg Head of Masterplanning Bruce Calton, said: \u201cThis complex brief, across an intriguing site, combines landscape, water and a highly functional film and television campus masterplan.
