The project will also deliver improved vehicular and pedestrian access along Torbay Road.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Willmott Dixon is working with Kay Elliott Architects, with the project set to commence this summer and complete in summer 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Willmott Dixon Director Rob Woolcock said: \u201cWe are looking forward to creating this fantastic new four-star hotel in the heart of Torquay that will become another high-quality venue for visitors to enjoy the town and surrounding areas.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Willmott Dixon has been appointment by the Fragrance Group to deliver a new \u00a323M full-service hotel in Torquay.
