Steelwork for the project is being <a href=\"https:\/\/www.steelconstruction.info\/Fabrication\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">fabricated<\/a>, supplied and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.steelconstruction.info\/Construction#Steel_erection\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">erected<\/a> by Caunton Engineering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Winvic will deliver over 224,000m<sup>3<\/sup> of cut and fill works on the site adjacent to the River Derwent to enable the development of the plots. It will also build 800m of new road infrastructure and create more than 20 acres of natural landscaped area in order to improve the working environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unit D39 will offer 3,294m<sup>2<\/sup> of warehouse space and 383m<sup>2<\/sup> of office; D54 will offer 4,605m<sup>2<\/sup> of warehouse space and 527m<sup>2<\/sup> of office; D79 will offer 6,698m<sup>2<\/sup> of warehouse and 639m<sup>2<\/sup> of office; and Unit D131 will offer 11,332m<sup>2<\/sup> of warehouse and 832m<sup>2<\/sup> of office.
