Located in the heart of London\u2019s Mayfair district, 38 Berkeley Square will provide 7,800m<sup>2<\/sup> of premium office space across nine storeys with over 650m<sup>2<\/sup> of communal terracing. The scheme will also include 800m<sup>2<\/sup> of retail space on the ground and lower floors.<br><br>Mace said it will collaborate with the Astrea team to deliver innovative low carbon solutions, working towards the highest sustainability standards of BREEAM \u2018Outstanding\u2019, WELL Platinum and LEED Gold.<br><br>Designed by architects Piercy &amp; Company, the transformation of 38 Berkeley Square will complement the character of the surrounding properties by using a mix of precast facades and Portland stone.\u00a0<br><br>Ged Simmonds, Managing Director for Commercial Offices and Residential at Mace, said:\u00a0\u201cOur team will support the client\u2019s vision for a destination office space with an innovative sustainability strategy, minimising carbon emissions during demolition and build.
