Construction has commenced at Baldovie Road, Dundee as Michelin Scotland Innovation Parc begins its \u00a320M transformation to become Scotland\u2019s newest Innovation Parc. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Creating a greener future, through innovation for people, place and planet, Michelin Scotland Innovation Parc (MSIP) is set to become a world-leading site, bringing together industry and academia with a focus on sustainable mobility and decarbonisation.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

MSIP will create new economic and employment opportunities across the region, putting Dundee at the forefront of innovation.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Robertson Construction will undertake Phase 1\u00a0of the site\u2019s masterplan, which will see delivery of the\u00a0Fulhame\u00a0Building, a new steel-framed industrial\u00a0space\u00a0that will be subdivided into six\u00a0light industrial\u00a0units<\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Fulhame Building will mark the Innovation Parc\u2019s first lettable space for small start-up businesses, a milestone in its ambitious journey. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
