\"\"<\/a>Canary Wharf Group has revealed plans for a 350,000m\u00b2 development on the North Quay site at London Docklands\u2019 Canary Wharf. The proposals, master-planned by leading architects Allies and Morrison, have been submitted to the local planning authority, the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.<\/p>\n

The site, which is immediately adjacent to Crossrail\u2019s new Elizabeth Line station on the north side of Canary Wharf, will create a vibrant mixed-use district and accommodate up to 232,000m\u00b2 of commercial office<\/a> space and up to 100,000m\u00b2 of residential space<\/a>, within a flexible framework to suit the demands of future London.<\/p>\n

North Quay is the largest undeveloped site remaining at Canary Wharf and one of the largest development sites in London. New public realm in the form of streets and squares will be at the heart of the scheme creating connections between Canary Wharf and South Poplar and integrating with the key transport hubs of the Elizabeth Line and DLR.<\/p>\n
