Work is due to begin on site in July 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Located equidistant between junctions 6 and 7 of the M5 motorway, the three new units will provide high-quality warehousing and distribution space in a prime location, creating over 130 jobs in the area.<\/p>\n<p>James Irwin-Singer, Development Manager for St. Modwen, said: \u201cThis planning consent further highlights our continued investment in Worcestershire. Demand for conveniently located warehousing and industrial space continues to grow in the area, particularly for medium-sized units located close to the workforce and amenities.
