In a statement accompanying the firm\u2019s annual results, Chief Executive Robert Ware commented: \u201cThe site provides a unique opportunity to create a new vibrant district in the centre of a major UK city and we are working closely with Nottingham City Council to deliver this exciting project.<\/p>\n
