Working on behalf of Bowmer &amp; Kirkland, Leach Structural Steelwork <a href=\"https:\/\/www.steelconstruction.info\/Construction#Steel_erection\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">erected<\/a> more than 1,400t of steel for the job.<\/p>\n<p>The WELL Building Standard is an international performance-based assessment methodology grounded in medical research that is exclusively focused on human health and wellbeing in the built environment<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.steelconstruction.info\/The_Porter_Building,_Slough\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Porter Building<\/a> is the first in the UK to achieve WELL Core and Shell certification, attaining a rating of Gold, the second highest possible.<\/p>\n<p>Designed by tp bennett, the Porter Building is located opposite Slough Station, which means tenants can reach London Paddington in just 13 minutes by train. Occupiers are set to benefit from even faster connections from next year when the Crossrail Elizabeth Line opens.
