The regeneration specialist is delivering the mixed-use regeneration scheme in partnership with Stockport Council.<\/p>\n
The next phase, Two Stockport Exchange, will see an 18,200m\u00b2 six-storey office built next to the existing steel-framed<\/a> office One Stockport Exchange, erected<\/a> by Billington Structures and Eric Wright a year ago.<\/p>\n Outline planning approval is already in place for the Aedas designed scheme, with\u00a0Hannan Associates on board as building services consultant.<\/p>\n Wes Erlam, Development Director at Muse, said: \u201cThe success of Stockport Exchange phase two was phenomenal and the buildings were fully let within just six months of completion, with demand for the office building<\/a> being much higher than it was capable of accommodating.<\/p>\n \u201cThis reflects the natural advantages of Stockport as a location for businesses, with exceptional links to London, Manchester, and the motorway network \u2013 alongside ongoing redevelopment of which Stockport Exchange is a part.\u201d<\/p>\n Work is expected to start on site this summer, with completion of phase three anticipated in Spring 2020.<\/p>\n
