The development includes two steel-framed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.steelconstruction.info\/Multi-storey_office_buildings\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">commercial towers<\/a>, containing 11 and 17 floors respectively.<\/p>\n<p>Steelwork is helping to bring two <a href=\"https:\/\/www.steelconstruction.info\/Education_buildings\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">schools<\/a> together on one site in Cumbria. More than 700t of structural steelwork has been <a href=\"https:\/\/www.steelconstruction.info\/Construction#Steel_erection\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">erected<\/a> to form Campus Whitehaven.<\/p>\n<p>The steel sector\u2019s website \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.steelconstruction.info\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">www.steelconstruction.info<\/a> \u2013 is the number one destination for engineers and designers seeking to access steel-related information. The supplement\u2019s article highlights the latest content to have been added to the site.<\/p>\n<p>A range of different sized steel <a href=\"https:\/\/www.steelconstruction.info\/Trusses\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">trusses<\/a> have been erected to form Sunderland\u2019s Beacon of Light facility. Said to be the first of its kind in the UK, it will include engaging and interactive zones for education, health and fitness, as well as sport.<\/p>\n<p>The latest research facilities to be added to the Harwell Science Campus in Oxfordshire are being built with steel.
