Steelwork contractor Taunton Fabrications has picked up two awards at Willmott Dixon’s South West Supply Chain Awards ceremony.

The steelwork contractor was nominated in both the Growth and Allsafe categories, with nominations being picked by employees of Willmott Dixon who have worked with suppliers and sub-contractors who they feel deserve recognition for their outstanding work.

Commenting on the Awards, Richard David of Willmott Dixon said: “Taunton Fabrications excel in providing eye-catching centrepieces across many of our major projects. They also provide positive publicity across their communications strategy aiding us in advertising our landmark schemes and ensuring a satisfied customer.”

Taunton Fabrications Managing Director, Jason Rigby commented: “We’re absolutely delighted to win these awards! Company growth at Taunton Fabs is not just based on improving efficiencies and developing partnerships with clients; but upskilling employees, looking at new technologies/processes, monitoring and taking action on all non-conformances.

“This is led from director level, but always involves ideas/suggestions put forward by our employees, which has led to a culture of improvement throughout every department. All of this naturally leads to us being able to offer our clients an improved service and, ultimately, an increase in business.”
