SSDA October issue of New Steel Construction out now
The latest issue of New Steel Construction (NSC), featuring the 51st annual Structural Steel Design Awards (SSDA), is now available in both digital and print formats that will be arriving in the post this week.

The recently held 51st SSDA takes centre stage in the current issue of NSC with project reports on all of the winning schemes, as well as news coverage from the event held at LSO St Luke’s in London.
There were five Award-winning projects: Tombola HQ, Sunderland; Coal Drops Yard, London; Wimbledon No.1 Court; Taplow Riverside Footbridge; and Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, New Stadium, which also received the Project of the Year accolade.
Six projects received Commendations: Battersea Arts Centre; Chiswick Park Footbridge; Fen Court, London; Ingenuity House, Birmingham; Neuron Pod, London; and Royal Academy of Music, London.
Merits were awarded to: G W Annenberg Performing Arts Centre, Greatham Creek Seal Hide, Middlesbrough, Telford Central Footbridges and The Macallan Distillery.
NSC also features an article from SSDA sponsor, Trimble Solutions (UK) Ltd, industry news, a technical article and advisory desk from the Steel Construction Institute, and codes and standards updates.
